The Honourable Senator Segal, Chair of the Special Senate Committee on Anti-terrorism, presented its second report (Bill S-7, An Act to amend the Criminal Code, the Canada Evidence Act and the Security of Information Act, with amendments and observations).

The Honourable Senator Segal moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Brown, that the report be placed on the Orders of the Day for consideration two days hence.
